I understand that any paid event work I accept is offered on an event-by-event basis only. I understand that accepting work for one event does not create an ongoing employment relationship and does not guarantee future work. I understand that I am not being engaged as an employee unless a separate written employment agreement is issued. I understand that, where I am paid as an independent contractor or self-employed service provider, I am responsible for my own tax affairs, including declaring income and paying any tax, PRSI, USC, or other liabilities that may apply. I understand that I may accept or decline offered event work. I confirm that the information I provide is accurate and that I will notify the organiser if my circumstances change.
